Cincinnati, OH (June 16, 2010)—Robert P. Mecklenborg, current State Representative for the 30th District in the Ohio House of Representatives, has joined the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl. Mecklenborg will practice in the Litigation Department working from the firm’s Cincinnati office.

Mecklenborg’s practice involves a wide range of litigation including representing clients in local government and labor related issues, estate planning, environmental law, personal injury issues, domestic relations, probate and real estate law.

Mecklenborg is currently serving his second term as the State Representative for the 30th District in the Ohio House of Representatives, which includes large portions of western Hamilton County. He is the current Prosecutor for the Village of Cleves. Prior to entering public service, Mecklenborg was a partner for more than 20 years with Hyle and Mecklenborg Co., L.P.A. and served three terms as the Law Director for the City of Cheviot. Mecklenborg earned his J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law and his B.A. from Ohio University.
